The Fall is all about getting your home and garden ready for the winter; looking into new projects and making time for your own health and wellness.  On October 15^th the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce and the Frankford Lioness Club have teamed up to help you find the help you need.  The Fall Business Expo  features 25 home based businesses from Quinte West that are looking to connect with new customers and help with your fall projects and lifestyle changes.
 
On hand will be several businesses that specialize in garden projects and tree services to help you get your work done this fall or to plan ahead to spring 2017.  There are also renovation and construction companies that can help you with design work, electrical work or handy man services to give your home the makeover it needs.  Health and Wellness is a fast growing sector in the region and this is a great way to learn more about different exercises, therapies and treatments for the mind, body and spirt.  There will also be a special event and Rental Company showcasing how they can help you with your next event large or small, and a variety of special things to purchase such as jewellery, kitchen items, beauty products and crafts from retailers and popular sales companies.
