Karl Baldauf, VP of Policy & Government Relations at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce will speak about the proposed reforms and how they will be implemented.

In this information session Karl will do an overview of the changes, advocacy efforts and the help employers will need to transition.  Karl will touch on the issues related to the new legislation, including minimum wage, sick pay/personal leave, overtime, scheduling, how workers can join unions and employers' responsibilities to contract workers.
