This is your direct line to Queen's Park!\n\nThe Quinte West Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer members the opportunity to schedule a 15-minute consultation with Member of Provincial Parliament Tyler Allsopp.\n\nThese sessions provide a direct channel for businesses to:\n\n\n	\n	Ask questions about provincial regulations and licensing\n	\n	\n	Discuss workforce and skilled-trades programs\n	\n	\n	Share operational challenges and barriers\n	\n	\n	Learn about available provincial supports\n	\n	\n	Build relationships with provincial representatives\n	\n\n\nSpace is limited and available exclusively to Chamber Members!  Advance booking required.\n\n These conversations may also be used to develop policy resolutions for review by our Government Affairs Committee\, the Board of Directors\, and/or taken forward to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.\n\nChoose your preference for time of day when registering.   \n\nMorning appointments:  10 am to 12 noon\n\nAfternoon appointments:  12:30 to 2 pm\n\nDEADLINE to register:  Monday\, March 2nd @ 12:00 noon.  \n\nWe will email you on Tuesday\, March 3rd with your confirmed time slot.\n\nABOUT Tyler Allsopp:\n\n A lifelong Bay of Quinte resident\, Tyler Allsopp was elected MPP in a by-election Sept. 19\, 2024 and re-elected in a general election Feb. 27\, 2025. He is currently the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Economic Development\, Job Creation and Trade.\n\nPrior to running provincially\, Allsopp served as councillor in the City of Belleville.  He was first appointed to council in 2021 and was elected with the highest vote total in 2022.  While on council he served as chair of the City's Police Services Board.  He has also served as treasurer for the Enrichment Centre for Mental Health.\n\nA Bayside Secondary School alumnus who studied business marketing at St. Lawrence College\, Allsopp spent nearly 12 years as a small business owner/operator at Doug's Bicycle in Belleville. He recently sold the business.
