2024 Solar Eclipse
EYE SAFETY FOR THE SOLAR ECLIPSE 
The Quinte West Chamber of Commerce is handing out ISO- verified glasses to our Chamber Members. Limit 2 pairs per chamber member. First come first serve through registration. SOLD OUT. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Parts of our region including Quinte West will be in the path of totality.
The Moon will be covering most of the Sun from approximately 2 p.m. to 4:33 p.m., peaking at approximately 3:22 p.m.
Take the following steps on April 8 to stay safe:
Only view the eclipse with ISO-verified glasses. Never look directly at the sun without eye protection. Inspect your glasses for damage or wear before use.
