Enhancing HR Effectiveness: A Collaborative Approach to Key Challenges
Lead by Heather Jackson of Oak Lake HR Solutions, join us for an interactive Human Resources workshop designed to help local employers tackle key challenges affecting their People and Culture. This session will focus on four critical areas: Relationships and Leadership Style, Attraction, Engagement and Retention and how Legislative Compliance is a guide to being a great employer.
Participants will engage in table discussions, sharing their successes and challenges within each focus area. Through these collaborative conversations, we’ll explore strategies to evolve employee relationships, enhance engagement, develop personalized compensation approaches, and navigate evolving compliance requirements.
This workshop will provide a unique opportunity to both reflect on your organization's HR practices and gather valuable insights into the type of HR support local employers need. Whether you're looking to fine-tune your leadership style, boost retention, or ensure compliance, this session offers actionable takeaways and fosters a supportive community dialogue.
