Magnet is an initiative co-founded by Ryerson University and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.  Its aim is to address unemployment and underemployment specifically as it relates to youth, new immigrants, and aging workers.  

Magnet helps connect jobs to people and get our communities working productively.  It has the power to help people find work, while creating new opportunities for small and medium sized businesses.
