One of the region's hottest chefs will be applying his culinary skills in the chalet kitchen at the Batawa Ski Hill for us.
Chef Nelson came to the hill after seven years at Cafe E in Belleville and was previously the executive chef at Carmella Estates Winery and head chef at the Main Street Market Grill in Prince Edward County.
This event is in partnership with the Batawa Ski Hill.
