One of the region's hottest chefs will be applying his culinary skills on the BBQ at the new Trent Port Marina. 

Chef Nelson Bridger came to the Batawa Ski Hill after seven years at Cafe E in Belleville and was previously the executive chef at Carmella Estates Winery and head chef at the Main Street Market Grill in Prince Edward County.
